How do I set up my player profile?

Once you have made your registration payment for the season, you will receive an email with a link giving you access to the form to create your player profile.

1.	Click the link (You should have received a link from Baseball U admin).  If you have not received a link to create a player profile, please email us.  
2.	Complete the player registration form
3. 	Complete the verification form to activate your player profile
4.	Visit the player resources tab on the website - Create a YouTube Channel
	a.  Directions are shown in a short video on the player resources tab under Create Your YouTube Channel. 
5.	Once you create your player's YouTube Channel, copy the Player's YouTube Channel Link and share it with us by submitting the form at the bottom of the Create Your YouTube Channel Page on the Resources Tab.

Once you submit the information, we will activate your player profile!

How to I link my videos to my player profile?

Once you create your player profile, visit the resources page on the website and follow the instructions to create your YouTube Channel.  
Once you have created your YouTube Channel, upload your first video. The best way to take video for college recruiting and for YouTube is in Landscape Format (phone turned sideways).  This will allow your preview video to display on your player profile.  That format is much better for college coaches to view game / training videos.  
After you have uploaded your first video, share your YouTube Channel with us by completing the form on the YouTube Instruction Page.

Our Team will link your channel to your profile so college coaches can see your videos!

How do I update my player profile?

Visit the resources page and click "update your player profile".  Only fill out the information you would like changed on your player profile.  Click submit and our team will get to work!

How should I use my player profile for college recruiting?

Accepted Answer

Keep your profile up to date with metrics, contact information and videos.  You should also put a link to your profile in your twitter and instagram profiles.

Who is the platform designed for? What ages?

Accepted Answer

The platform is for all ages.  For ages 10u - 14u, this is an excellent resource to capture progress and build accountability with the athlete.  For 14u and up, this platform is a recruiting tool to be used as you text, message and email college coaches.  The custom profile link can be shared with college coaches so they can see all of your information in one place.

Do college coaches have to pay to see my profile?

No, all of the feedback we have received from college coaches tells us that they do not like having to log in and pay for a subscription to recruit players and see their profiles.
