True Recruits licenses the Player Resource Platform to travel sports programs, clubs, academies, and similar organizations (“Licensees”). Individual players, parents, or users (“Users”) access the Platform through the program with which they are registered. This Privacy Policy governs how True Recruits collects, uses, discloses, and protects information provided by Users and Licensees.

Use of the Platform or Services constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

We do NOT sell personal data.

• Licensees (travel programs) who operate their branded version of our Platform

• Event partners, sponsors, and affiliates, when Users register for events overseen by these groups

• Colleges, recruiters, or scouts, only when a player intentionally shares link(s) to their public profile

• Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

We are not responsible for how Licensees use or disclose information once they receive it.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, remarketing tools) to improve user experience. Some partners may also use cookies; we do not control these third-party cookies.

Users may opt out of third-party tracking using their browser settings or via tools such as:

True Recruits licenses its Player Resource Platform to travel sports programs. These programs operate independently.

Accordingly:

• Licensees may collect additional information beyond what True Recruits collects.

• Licensees are responsible for their own privacy practices, data governance, and compliance with applicable laws.

• True Recruits is not liable for the actions, omissions, data handling, communication practices, or operational procedures of Licensees.

Users should review the privacy practices of their respective travel program.

8. Public Profiles and Use of Name & Image

When you create a player profile or participate in any event affiliated with True Recruits or a Licensee, you grant:

• An irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license

• Allowing True Recruits, Licensees, affiliates, sponsors, and assigns

• To use your name, image, likeness, videos, metrics, and profile data

• For promotional, recruiting, and operational purposes

This includes altered or composite images. You waive:

• Any right to compensation

• Any right to inspect or approve media

• Any claims relating to privacy or publicity in this context

9. Events, Injuries, and Liability

When registering for any event affiliated with True Recruits or a Licensee, you acknowledge and agree:

• Participation in athletic events carries inherent risks.

• True Recruits is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, or outcomes incurred during any event operated by True Recruits or any Licensee.

• You agree to hold harmless True Recruits, Licensees, affiliates, officers, employees, and sponsors from any liability, including injury or death.

• All event payments are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may link to third-party sites. True Recruits is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users should review those policies independently.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for users 13 years of age and older.
Players under 13 may only use the Platform with verified parental/guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors without such consent.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
